Hi my site was hacked and I found several files in the Kranos template directory. The PHP file had been rewritten. I tried to fix the template directory by deleting files and added new ones and the site is showing but missing the template. The t3-assets directory was also removed, so I put it back in there.

    The site is called

    http://www.tgasupersoil.com

Is this a thing that happens to these templates much?

    Hi petermatra
Please check “The template for this display is not available”! You should install template back.

It wouldn’t let me remove the template via backend and I didn’t want to mess with it. I found old backups and will restore them.

Unfortunately the site will not show the problems when restored. If you are an admin/support you will probably not be able to access the accounts.

It was definitely compromised via passwords. A server log shows that they got into a cPanel filemanager and uploaded files there, but I still feel it was some kind of Joomla vulnerability. Ugh. Hopefully this will abolish my headache!

    Thanks
