Good morning,
I was wondering if there’s a reason why the megamenu doesn’t turn into a hamburger menu for mobile devices?

You can have a look at my site here:
http://www.vonacommunity.org/community/

to see what I’m talking about; when you resize the screen the menu completely disappears 🙁

Please let me know if there’s a fix for this issue, or if I should use a completely different template.
(I have a subscription to your templates so just let me know.)

Kindly open template options>Navigation>collapse navigation for small screen >Turn it ON.
Save and check.

Pankaj,
The template on the site temporarily is JA Oslo. You can switch it out to a fresh install of JA Social II if you wish as well.

The template I need you to work on is named Vona Community, which is the JA Social II 1.06 one in the templates area of our site. I just figured you could turn that one on to see what I’m talking about (as this is a live site, I had to use the JA Oslo skin just to keep the client happy for the SHORT TERM.)

I deleted my original files, downloaded everything fresh from your site and the menu still has an error.

On small screens, the hamburger menu does NOT show up.

Hi
I fixed the problem directly on your site, you can see my changes in the /tpls/blocks/header.php file.
Kindly check its showing the Menu for mobiles now.

Also, to update template use JA Extension manager component, by this you will have older version save so you can rollback to older version if you have any issue after update.
