Hi, I installed the JA Purity II template for Joomla 1.6 (on Joomla 1.7). When trying to change the layout settings for Handheld to anything other than Handheld, I get an error message at the top of the screen saying “An error has occured when saving the default profile..”, but it also says “Successfully saved data”. The same happens for changing the iphone setting.

Under the css folder, there is an iphone folder, but it only contains template.css.
There is no css folder for handhelds.

The css folder in templates/ja_purity is overridden css of plugins/system/jat3/jat3/base-themes/default/css/ folder.
If you want to override handheld css, you should follow above steps:
1. Create templates/ja_purity/css/handheld folder
2. Determine which css file in plugins/system/jat3/jat3/base-themes/default/css/handheld will be overridden
3. Create this css file in templates/ja_purity/css/handheld and override it.
