does anyone have a clou, why handheld, iphone layout is not showing up on tierschutznews.ch ?
in the backend template configuration, they are properly activated, but i get normal desktop layout.

At this point I think it would be best to get admin access as well a link to the site. Please do not post admin info in this thread although you may edit the thread to include it privately for me.
You should also update Joomla to the most current version.
Are you using the most current T3 version as well?

Hi hariorama!
I received your PM and I have changed some of the settings.
You have the site in Development mode and this needs to be changed when you are done developing to see some of the changes actually take effect!
When you are ready, changed development mode to off, clear all caches (browser and site) and view site and let me know if the issues are resolved!
Please also for the second issue on the PM you sent me, open a new thread and we will handle it there. This provides less confusion in the forum for others searching for answers!

Quick update if you don’t see a change:
templates//ja-teline_iv/css/handheld/
I have seen templates where the iphone.css file accidentally wound up in that folder. If it is there…copy it, don’t move it, but copy it and place the copy in the
templates/ja-teline_iv/css/iphone/
folder and see if you don’t notice a difference.
Report back to us so we can update the package if need be.

you are right blaine, i even do not have a handheld.css in the installing package.
now i have in templates/ja-teline_iv/css/:
in the handheld folder 2 files: index.html and iphone.css
in the iphone folder 1 file: iphone.css
android folder does not exist.
in the backend template configuration i have set all three (handheld, iphone, android) to iphone layout.
on my samsung 8800 i still get normal desktop layout and not iphone ???

phone cache is cleared, but no changes. i have very slow connection (gprs) here in the mountains.

hI ALL!
Please do me a favour and provide screen shots of the iPhone layouts as well as telling me the steps you have taken with install through to setting the parameters, as the devs are unable to replicate the issues.
