I am rarely a critic of the templates as I think the majority are really nice. I also don’t really worry about the support because I learned early on that I need to solve most of the issues myself.

What is hard to understand is why I can’t access this site when I want to. This was the last response I got regarding the site loading slow or not loading at all.

There are a lot of other template clubs running Joomla on servers and they are not having these issues. This is what I see too often at JA

For the most part the JA site has been working much better of late but on occasion this is still happening to me also. JA is really working on this and hopefully soon it will become a faint memory of the past.
