Has anyone upgraded to Joomla 3.2.3 ? Does it break anything?

I’m currently running 3.2.1 and every 3.2 update has had some sort of issue.

We are under process to upgrade our templates to Joomla 3.2.3. Some completed upgrade to date: http://www.joomlart.com/updates/joomla-templates/quick-update-of-6-responsive-joomla-templates-for-joomla-3-2-3

Due to our large template collection, it takes us time to implement this upgrade. Hope you understand our situation.
