    For a while now i’ve been receiving this:

    Almost every week now i receive such and i know i didn’t send them.
    Can someone tell me what it is and how to fix it?

    In this case you need contact to system administrator of your hosting, they will help you solve it

    Unfortunately, they couldn’t help me and said i should get back over here and ask for some support/help.

    Can anyone help me out and tell me how to solve the problem. I have no idea where to start. PLEASE!!!!

    I’m afraid I’m not sure about your issue. Right now its difficult to guess the issue and give solution to you.It would be great if you can possibly include a illustrated screenshot, I will be able to help you out then.
