I am using the JA Hawkstore template. On the home page I am using the JA Tabs. I click on the details tab for the product and the description page will come up. However, after about 12 or so times doing this, when I click on the details tab the screen just flickers and stays on the home page. I have been trying to get assistance from the support team and have even sent a video, but there has been no resolution. My site was supposed to be launched this past weekend and it is still not up. I tried attaching the video, but it said the file was just too large. Is there anyone out there that has had this issue? What can I do to fix it?
