dear sir
i am a beginner in joomla so i send all of my information on server

it was visible to all so I erased my server information
i dont know if need to be published again

I have work hard on this template and if the problem not solved i have to give up on this template
which is very very trible for me so please do your best to solve the problem
i have very simple image galley (vsig) and simple image gallery pro (sigp)
non of them is not working on my template teline iv
i prefer (vsig )to work but if not possible (sigp) is ok ofcourse
please help me with your solution

Hi,

I didnt get which pages to visit from ‘please visit the page NO: 48016 ,46309 ,80129’. Can you please provide links to these? And explain more about what you mean by the vsig / sigp arent working with JA Teline iv, are the pictures not showing up at all or anything else?

bu vsig I means( very simple image gallery )puting this code({vsig}folder{/vsig} ) in page that image with thumbnail must appear by clicking the tumbnaiil the big pichture will change
by sigp I means ( simple image gallery pro ) bu puting this code({gallery}folder{/gallery} the thumbnail must appear and by clicking the thumbnail you must have big picture but non of this
image gallery do not work in article of the template ( teline iv) no picture appear in page but only
the thumbnail of the pichure apper in the image slider of page(upper right corner ) of the article
when i try to put {jathumbnail off} to the article a bil picture of article with another same slam piture
apear but no image gallery
in the following page i put (vsig) and (sigp ) to gether with {jathumbnail off } and i got this result that is treible

Hello Saeed,

I checked the galleries and I could see the vsig and sigp galleries on the link you have given.. The sigp gallary is working fine there and I have removed the vsig code from the article to check if they were conflicting with each other..

What I find strange is that while sigp gallery is working fine at the link you gave, it doesnt work on 81029 article..

I will ask another developer from JA team to take a look at this. Please wait till I get some info on this or someone else replies.

all I undrestod is that by puting (jathumbnail off ) in article before ,,read more or after just the size of photo
change and the same article have a very big and layout disturbing photo in both article and category
i had spend almost all of my energy on this extension by examining every possible way and combination
but no way till yet and i am completely exhusted ,
finally look at this article ,the simple image gallery do not work when you look at that in this article

the plugin wotk without any rule ,,and without defined size
i could not undrestand at all ,,waht is going ,,,
i had contacted to paid extension simple image galley pro for help ,but they told me ,just change your
templet ,,,,very very good support , ,,, so i have stoped right now and can not continue befor solving this
big problem
so please do your best for solving this problem and i realley appreciate that

it would be better if you attach a few screenshots which describe the problems, that would help to have a closer look on the issue

i have send ticket , all information and screenshot about my problem, i have been waiting for more 5 days but yet to recive an answer
ofcourse the simple image gallery where i bought the extension had the same answer
,,,give up yor template,,, it seems every devloper have the same answer upon different problem
and do not think that maybe the client have some reason on selecting templet and extension when decide to buy and pay
i am waiting for joomlart staff anwser on this problem,,,,
