While i was working on my local server i can perfectly upload new zip module and other components on my site but when i migrated to my hosting server, when ever i upload a new component or file it give an

error: JFolder::create: Could not create directory –
Warning file filed to move

How to I get round this,

Check the permissions of your tmp directory in the joomla base directory give proper write permissions
If you want to install a module written for the older version enable the system legacy plugin
