i must insert in Frontpage some values between <head> and</head>. In earlier templates i found index.php in directory like templates/ja_rutile/index.php.
But where is index.php now?

Please find the file plugins>system>jat3>base-themes>default>page>default.php and copy it to templates>ja_anion>page>default.php (the page directory will probably not exist, simply create it.
In there you will fin the <head> and </head> tags where you can place your code. We copy the file to the templates folder to prevent your changes from being lost when you upgrade the plugin.

What errors are coming up when you insert that?
Also, some of the meta tags you are trying to replace there such as description and keywords are generated in Joomla and you would need to enter the keywords and description in the Joomla back end rather than in the code.
