Hi.

Sorry if this is a silly question – but im trying to find out where I alter the header in my website – as at the moment it reads ‘Welcome to the Frontpage’ – if I look at the page source file it shows the info that I could edit but actually where is the file I need to alter this as index.php in the root of my site doesnt look like it contains any header info to alter or even the index.php in the jafagus template folder.

hehe, one J!-noob helping out the other 😉

For Joomla 1.5 – in the admin go to “Menus”, select “mainmenu”, then “home”

Then in the right column you have ” Parameters System”
there you can edit the page title.
