    I already made a simple About us page on Ja builder but when i published it the header and footer is not showing up and it gives me this error Message

    "The most recent request was denied because it contained an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again."

    i refresh the page and after its refreshed it would take me back to the login screen of our site, so i logged in again and went back to JA builder to edit the page but the header and footer are gone, i don’t know why its not saved after i published it pls Help

    Kindly submit your site super user details with admin path and page URL on which the header and footer is not showing using set as Private reply. I will check this directly on your site.

    FYI

    header and footer never being saved on all pages.

    Very often is not even visible in the front end editor

    Could u try to disable the third party extension and try to edit the page again, i can see the there is js conflict on the builder page when you are editing the page.
    Also try to clear browser cache and then login on admin to edit the page.

    Can you pls tell which one to disable ?

    And Cache is always cleaned.

    We already remove other 3rd party builder the footer is now showing but the header is still not showing pls help we really need to have this site running we are wasting time fixing this errors that we really don’t know how to fix is there somebody who knows how to fix this errors

    have to disable all the extension one by and check the issue, at this time there are alot of extension installed on site .

    We are premium members.
    Spent 8 hours trying to disable as many plugins as possible to the point where started jeopardizing functionality of the page.

    Only worked when only enabled were authentication and system plugins ( clean joomla install )

    So guys
    -We paid for Premium in good faith

    • You asked to disable plugins ( to the point where using your builder has no logical use for us )
      Nice Look Vs Purpose of having a fully functional website.

    So the question is Are you willing to help us MAKE this work or Refund Money?

    I will really appreciate honest answer and support provided within provider – client agreement.
