we are still here

The biggest issue is with the header and footer disappearing , we tried with all styles of the template.

have you fixed it? i saw the header is showing on the Team page now http://prntscr.com/encav1
Also kindly updated the JABuilder to latest version via JA Extension manager component.
That will give you bug fixes and more new features.

All headers are created in the content instead of the header position ( using template styles) We cound not wait any longer for support

So is not really fixed

the admin login again not working, Can u update them so we can check the issue.
Also please update JA Builder to latest version and set the JA Builder template to default.
This will fix the problem you are facing.

Hi @canadareic,

I just checked the ‘Out team’ page on your site and the header part is showing there with logo, menu, … I also see that you put the current header into the content section in Builder page, not sure if you import this page from library or create a new page. Could you pls clarify how you want the header should be here? I will help you out.

Hello

Based on documentation Header and footer should be applied to all pages with same template style .

This is Not Happening in our situation.
to prove it we have Created new template style – JA_Builder – test header then went to ja bulder and created page header test associated with template style JA_Builder – test header.
I added in header section new header ( did not modify) and added the new footer in footer block.

I published it
Cleaned cache
tested in different browser

http://www.canadianrei.com/team/header-test

There is blank page and with "Edit" red top left
On edit page there is no header and no footer and in revisions is current only

This is the situation we want to solve for long time

Hi,

The point is when you add a new header block in to the ‘Header’ section but it will appear in all pages. If you want to use different headers for different pages, you should add that new header block into the ‘Content’ section – just below ‘Header’ section when you edit page.

Woow

I do Really Understand the concept of having headers ad footers shared along many pages.

WE Want to Use Header on many pages and is Not Showing up anywhere . This is the issue

Pls undertand I have spent hours reading your documentation and testing .

Pls Do it
Login to portal
Edit page called header test
Add Header to header
add footer to footer
Click publish
clear cache

What you see ?
You see Blank page No footer no header
So how can can share header and footer to other pages if there Nothing
I can not explain this issue simpler Sorry

Hi,

I fixed and updated the JA Builder component on your site, you can see the header and footer are showing now in that header test page.

just one concern
We use jms2win multiwebsite component and unfortunately quite often we have to reinstall same component and overwrite files.
What is the eta of new version ?
