Can you PM me with your site information (your site URL, your site admin account) and your FTP account? So I can diagnose this problem.
BTW, please include this forum thread URL in your PM, so I can follow it.

Hello islam21c,You must select 1 for “Count” and “Sticky, Randomise” for “Randomise” in banner module settings to display banners randomise rotating.

December 3, 2012 at 3:53 pm #475052Ok, that seemed to get rid of the stacking is there a reason why its not rotating the only time it changes is if there is a page refresh.

In my experience with the default banner system the banners do not rotate without refreshing the page. There are commercial banner rotating extensions out there if that is what you are looking for.

December 6, 2012 at 2:54 am #475306Hello islam21c,
If you use default banner component of Joomla, you need to refresh site to see other banner. It doesn’t rotate automatically. Maybe you used a 3rd party extension on your previous site.
Regards.
