I have been told that the about page
http://www.fraservalleyhunt.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=34&Itemid=66
does not load properly.

It seems it is not loading the header and footer properly (just shows as text, like no style sheet loaded) but the middle of the page looks fine.

First can you all check it and let me know what you see? And second does anyone have any ideas what it could be and how to fix it?

The problem is very difficult to give you the solution,
Please give me FTP account and Administrator account via PM or Submit a ticket,
I try to debug and resolve the issue.
