    The header images don’t show up on any pages other than the home page when the SEF option is turned on. >:( Has anyone experienced this issue?

    same to me.
    i posted a related post on Joomla 1.5 section (http://www.joomlart.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9325&page=5)

    I can replicate this bug and have the same problem :confused:

    I have the header with SEF on except on the Docman pages. It is on the main Docman page but as soon as you drill deeper, the header disappears. Does anyone have a fix or do the Joomlart people know why this is happening?

    –Edit–
    I did modify the template so that it chooses my own header as the header image and I commented out the indexing so the header should appear on all pages. It does appear on all pages when SEF is off.

    –Edit–
    I did not use the quickstart pacakge

    I have a workaround that works for me. In the templates html file: I did the following:

    <!-- BEGIN: HEADER -->
    <div id="ja-headerwrap" class="clearfix">
    <div id="ja-header" style="background: url(/templates/<?php echo $JAconfig->template."/images/header/". $JAconfig->ja_color ."/". $ja_header_img;?>) no-repeat top right;">

    Add the ‘/’ to the beginning of the path in the url() function.

    It was

    background: url(temaplates…)

    and I changed it to

    background: url(/temaplates…)

    I am not an html/php/SEF/<insert acronym here> guru, so I don’t know what else this might break.

    I experienced the same problem with the header images after installing sh404sef and doing some editing on the site`s content.

    Temporarily deactivating sh404sef, along with clearing the SEF-URLs fixed this issue for me.

    Can anyone from Joomlart answer to this ?
    Because the template doesn’t work with SEF activated.

    producer111,
    which SEF component do you use?
    Joomla! 1.0.15 with sh404SEF Version_1.3.1 works fine for me with JA Mageia.

    You may not be a guru but this little addition to the code does the trick in Joomla 1.5 and you can leave the SEO feature turned on. Good work and thanks for sharing the info!
