I’m trying to edit the header with a new image added to it so that the header (ja_fagus/images/blue/header-bg.png) will be saved as a png-128 file with transparency and overlap the image below the header (ja_fagus/images/blue/topslwrap-bg.gif). Where in the css do I edit the file to allow this to happen? I have searched everywhere and tried on several lines but no success.

I tried that and it is not working. There appears to be something else in the css that is overriding it.

Any thoughts?
