I followed the direction and downloaded the header module, configured it to point to the header image directory, taking all the defaults.
I’ve also confirmed the images can be pulled up by url.
It doesn’t seem to matter what PC I use, I cannot pull up the header images (just get medium gray block instead of image where i expected it).
I’ve looked through the Extensions, Antares and Wistery forums before posting, with no answers. When setting to javascript (it is enabled on the PC’s I’ve tried from), nothing shows in the header area. When setting it to SWF, I get an error in IE7 when loading the page).

I have the same problem with the header not working. I just get medium gray block instead of image.
when installing the header module, it seems it is not given the proper permissions via the installer. when i changed the permissions for the directory and files, it started working. by default i have directory and file permissions set to 755/644 for new items and the ja_header module somehow ignores this and installs them as octal “600”.

You header works fine. Please check if javascript is enabled on your browser.
