Please see the attached screenshot. Can you tell me why the logo is positioned as such and how to fix it? This is happening in Windows 10 using Chrome browser.
Thanks

June 23, 2016 at 3:56 am #943106Hi
You customised much on this and above issue due to your custom css code:
@media (min-width: 1200px) { .main-container { margin: 0 100px; } }
in the file: /local/css/themes/nysfda_theme/template.css
Try to comment / remove this rule, it will work file
June 23, 2016 at 1:37 pm #943310Ok, I had a little scare, when I applied your change the following happened:
-logo moved to the left – no longer centered above sidebar 1
-ALL sidebar 1 are now MUCH WIDER Than they previously were. We created custom graphics for the sidebars and now they DO NOT FIT see screenshot "sidebars"
-The main menu now extends all the way to the right of the screen and the SEARCH button is now covering part of the menu.
-The 2016 convention graphic under the slider seems to suddenly have some sort of border on it which is making it a different size than the others.
-The module in position 6 on the homepage is now extending BEYOND the border of the template.
When I went to remove the commenting the site did not return immediately and I started to freak out. But it’s ok now, but we’re back to where we were. Obviously removing that code did not work and created larger problems. Any other suggestions on how to fix the original issue?
Thanks,

Now that I look at it more it looks like the width of the entire template is off. Positions 1, 2 and 3 under the homepage slider should not be the full width of the slider image above, refer to the previously uploaded screenshot CORRECT_homepage.
IGNORE THIS PLEASE
June 23, 2016 at 1:54 pm #943321OK it is now back to how it looked prior to the edit. I’m not sure why it took so long to display the change. Phew!
Anyway, obviously the change you suggested didn’t work. Any other suggestions?
Thank you.

June 28, 2016 at 3:41 pm #944958Hi
I see the old value of property ‘margin’ for class ‘main-container’ on your site, did you try to change as my suggestion?
If it doesn’t affect, you can send me the ftp account so I will have a closer look and check for you.
