    I have successfully been able to update the logo (in header) before. However, latest update will not display (we waited a day).

    I cleared (i) browser cache (ii) Joomla cache (iii) JAT3 clean cache.

    The header should display an orange logo with 4 words underneath the orange area.

    Please help.

    Well, I’m seeing the orange logo … but what are the words that are supposed to display as well?

    Hi Tom

    Nice to hear from you. Hope you are well.

    The banner should display as this: [link edited]

    Are the words below the logo image pure text, or are they another image file?

    How did you configure things before when it worked?

    All words/graphics are on one file called logo.png.

    The workflow we have used is

    1. Retain the logo size and filename and format used in the original template files
    2. Connect via FTP
    3. Rename the original logo.png to save a copy
    4. Upload the new logo.png.
    5. Clear cache in browser
    6. Refresh browser.

    You may want to take another look at your logo image . . . because the logo.png currently called out via line 675 within your site’s template.css is the following –> LINK

    as you can see, there is no additional text under the orange logo

    Here is the current CSS at line 675 in templatesja_teline_ivcsstemplate.css

    <blockquote>h1.logo a {
    background: url(../images/logo.png) no-repeat left top;
    display: block;
    height: 100px;
    width: 980px;
    }
    </blockquote>

    Sorry. My mistake. I have uploaded to the correct folder.

    I had written some instructions on how to update the logo but had written them down incorrectly.

    Issue now resolved.

    Thanks again.
