I can’t find the module position for the header in the T3 Blank template.

My layout does contain, (it is the same as the default layout):

<block name=”header” type=”header” main-inner=”1″></block>

Also i had problems finding the other positions such as left and right. But i find out that i had to enable it in the backand.
This is what i see:

Can’t figure out what i am doing wrong.
