February 12, 2007 at 1:39 pm #214484Hi,
You need change the folder of header image inside the JA Header module setting to:
templates/ja_xenia_ii_shopping/images/header/February 13, 2007 at 8:25 am #214542ok thanks,
that was the trick, now i see something moving, but not reayly good , looks like an resolution problem or something like that?
these images are the example images delevered bij de mod.
Not yet my own.
But because of this are there special rules for the images.thanks
Hans

February 13, 2007 at 5:36 pm #214572You are right that those pictures are for demonstration. You should use your own pictures. We don’t restrict our customers to use our provided banners.

February 18, 2007 at 10:03 am #214735You really should use the same sizes as the ones origianlly there as otherwise they would not look too good. Other than that, the images should “load” fine. It seems like you have added a “gif” named: stripe1.gif? Is that correct? Those “pictures” seem to be 15×15 pixels, which are extremely small? Are you sure you have placed the correct images in the folder? When trying to view images from: http://www.amsterdamzuidoostgallery.nl/markt/templates/ja_xenia_ii_shopping/images/header/
I get the 403 forbidden message, so something must be wrong here.. 🙂
February 18, 2007 at 10:11 am #214738thanks for the answer the images i put insite the folder are jpg images.
the size is: 486 x 60, i used theme before as an banner.
I can make them bigger.
I have tryed several options now but it does not seem to work, or the pics does not loaded.I checked the directory of the pics the are in
/templates/ja_xenia_ii_shopping/images/header/the full url of the site is
http://www.amsterdamzuidoostgallery.nl/markt/index.phpthanks
February 18, 2007 at 9:17 pm #214746If you are using firefox, try to clear the buffer. I found I had to do this every time before I could see the changes I had made. Just refreshing the page isn’t enough.
February 19, 2007 at 3:20 pm #214756thanks
i did try that but does not seems to help.
I tryed IE also but the the same result with an small red cross x , looks like it cannot find the image that also comes in the left corner where in firefox is Afrikaanse markt.
Strange??
Hans
February 19, 2007 at 6:52 pm #214762Ik heb even gecheckt. Bij mij doet i ‘t zonder problemen. http://www.movennails.nl
Succes
February 19, 2007 at 8:17 pm #214767hi,
dankje voor de reactie ik zal eens verder puzzelen.
Ziet er inderdaad goed uitdank
February 20, 2007 at 7:15 am #214773Mmmm…. kom er net achter dat het op IE 6 niet goed werkt. Das dan weer jammer……
February 20, 2007 at 1:15 pm #214779ja ie doet rare dingen soms.
Ben ook aan het puzzelen met de bovenste balk, waar bij mij nu afrikaanse markt staat, wil ik eigenlijk een logo hebben maar kan niet de juiste file vinden die ik kan vervangen.
Heb jij misschien een idee hiervoor
alvast dank
Hans

February 21, 2007 at 12:55 am #214801Hi bijlmer,
I cannot understand what you and maartmo say, but I guess that you are saying about your header images.
I have viewed your source code and seen that you have 2 images to display in your banner: logoheader.jpg and logoheader1.jpg. However, when I view these images by entering its address in browser (http://www.amsterdamzuidoostgallery.nl/markt/templates/ja_xenia_ii_shopping/images/header/logoheader.jpg and http://www.amsterdamzuidoostgallery.nl/markt/templates/ja_xenia_ii_shopping/images/header/logoheader1.jpg), those images cannot display. You should check the file permision of those images.
February 21, 2007 at 9:39 am #214812thanks for the respons, sorry we talked dutch.
I have changed the file permissions to 777 now, but the result is the same.
thanks
