I created banner ads and position them on header-r and when I preview -them its not showing but when I created custom html modules – place my images or ads and position them to header-r – it works. How can I fix it?

Will it be possible for you to please pm me superadmin details to take closer look along with details of specific module which has been enabled and not showing
