The date on the headline ticker says the site was last updated at 5:44 p.m.
The actual time was 13:15 p.m.
Where do I set the time zone and correct time?
The actual problem starts in the “new article” function as it defaults to the 5:44 p.m. in the “publish options” function. Dates are set correctly but time defaults to another time zone.
If I set the correct time in that function then whatever internal clock the function uses, compares it to the time set in the template and publishes it at that time.
Example: If I had set the story to publish at 1:15 p.m., it will wait until 1:15 tomorrow to publish.
