How can I remove the “headset” icon or Home icon on the left upper side?

Go to Administrator -> Extensions -> Template Manager -> JA Appolio -> Add-ons Tab -> set Enable to Off in Off-canvas Sidebar

This seems to turn off the menu on the right.
I guess what i meant is the headset on the left upper side, which is color red and small icon.

Create custom.css following the tutorial http://t3-framework.org/documentation/bs3-customization#custom-css
