Try This . . . . .

Within file path —> /templates/ja_hotel/css/themes/cyan/bootstrap.css
at line 6382, add a “height” property – for example


.carousel-inner {
height: 500px;
overflow: hidden;
position: relative;
width: 100%;
}

Of course, you can play around with the pixel value until you arrive at the result you’re happy with.
