just got the helio 1.5. uploaded the quickstart to my server http://www.baldwin-telecom.net/newsite and i am getting the RESTRICTED ACCESS on my page.

i did a forum search but i did not see a fix for this. only requests for pms.

how do i fix this so i can get started on installation and working on the site.
