i cant seem to create new account….i might have turned off the wrong modules or plug-ins….cant seem to solve it….*puzzled*

Hi,

The registration form is not showing up because there is no itemid assigned to it so whenever you click the link to create an account, it takes you to the default itemid page, that is home page. It seems to me that the profile you are using for Home page is set to hide the Mani content block and hence you cant see the Registration form.

Please create a menu item for Registration form, and check if the form shows up then.

Hi Himangi

I’ve the same problem: the registration form is not showing up. I control the profile of Home and it is not set to “hide the Main content” block. I’ve tried to make a menu item “Register”, but nothing :((

I create the menu item as indicated in the attached img
Is it ok?

What can I do?

Hi Giovanna,

If the profile being used for Home page in your JAT3 template, is not set to hide the main content block, and you are still not seeing the registration form then I will need to check the template settings in your site.

Could you please send me your site url and super admin details via PM? I will take look and let you know what needs to be change or explain what is change if I do the changes.
