How do you change the logo from Sulfur to my own logo? It seems out of my reach technically. I’m willing to pay someone to help me out.

You need to upload it to <joomla>/templates/ja_sulfur/images/<style>/logo.png
Change <style> to your style (blue, black etc)

Your logo is available in the folder:
templates/ja_sulfur/images/logo.png

You can get there using an FTP or a component such as eXtplorer.
Replace the logo.png in that folder with your logo, re-load the page (may need a few refreshes or just clear your cache before refreshing) and you’ll see it appear.

You can change the extension from png to jpg for example in the CSS if you know what you are doing.

You could install firefox and Firebug and you will know the place of all elements from a website…
