I can not upload images, I Have installed joomla 1.7.0 Ja travel in, I can not upgrade to 1.7.3, the frontend is blank me …
Can you help? allow access for them to enter the site

try to upgrade joomla manually through cpanel,
1. download latest update package from your joomla local site or from joomla org (1.7.0 to 1.7.x)
2 upload the download package via cpane to pubblic_html and extract the package
