Hey..
I try to install with quick start…

but I got this error..

File “/chroot/home/jsauto/jsirvineautobody.com/html/installation/index.php” is writeable by others

so.. I changed the permission of index.php… to 644 again..
The same result show..

Please help me..
How can I do..

My hosting server is nexcess..

Hi drkim226,

This type of issue is going to be fairly specific to your hosting situation. You can try to change permission to 644 / 755, if not, talking with your hosting support is likely to get you the best information. They can probably tell you which user will need to own the files, as well as the best way to correct the ownership/permissions.
