I am really not sure what I have done to my site! It has been working for some time and I had gone in to remove the the URL suffixing. I think this may have messed up the site. Currently, the site has all data, but all the formatting is lost/gone.

Your website is very normal. You try clean cache of browser and access it again, please.

After playing around with the Optimize CSS settings and purging my cache, I got it to return to normal. Thanks!
