Hello mahather,

Which template are you having trouble with the download process?

It seems like you haven’t subscribed to any of our template club subscriptions, hence if you are downloading any of the templates which do not belong to the Free category, you won’t be able to access to those.

Free templates are: JA Elastica, JA Purity II, and our T3 Framework
