Hi bhdrozalay,

The image is displayed by JA Slideshow Lite module which you can find in Extension >> Module Manager.
And the image is put in /images/resized/images/sampledata/slideshow directory path on your server.
But, can you tell what you want to change css style of that image OR you want to replace that image with another one ?
