It’s whichever template strikes you as most appropriate for your topic/subject and/or target audience.

And remember, you can TEST DRIVE any of our Templates/Themes using JA’s DEMO BUILDER

As Tom said, yes you can find all the info in JA Showcase, but since you asked for an opinion, as a web designer, i would go with this one -> http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#joomla25-templates.joomlart.com/ja_blazes if i were in your shoes to build such a website. And i say this based on my personal experiences.
