I have a vanilla install of Joomla 3.0, then installed fubix and enabled the required plugins.
In the backend, I go to the Fubix template edit and access the template parameters.
Click on Navigation.
Click on the ? icon
1) Option to open sub-menu is postioned correctly, click next button.
2) Select Joomla or Megamenu is positioned correctly, click next button.
3) The next tooltip is off the screen, see attached screen shot.

I’m not sure if i understand your request.

Do you mean to off screen? You can click END button on the screenshot.
