Hello

I am trying to align text and image as shown in the screenshot attached and laid out in Custom Module (Welcome Marketplace)

Also, I am trying to line up and centre menu items as shown in the screenshot attached and laid out in Menu Module (Marketplace Menu).
I replicated what was done on the Home page for both, but it did not work this time. Please say why.

You have this code in custom.css file

.t3-masstop .nav {
    max-width: 712px;
    margin: 0 auto;

If you will increase or decrease the value of the max-width it will move the items.
Set the value as per needs.

For the Welcome text, I suggest you to use single image, as its text and image and both are using different size so it looks like this,

it depends on the size of the items, You can use firebug or inspect element from browser to see the width.
