    I have the latest versions of Joomla (2.5.3) and the JA_Social template (2.5.1) but the site keeps showing a white screen.
    If I switch to any other template (Atomic, Beez2, Beez5) the site will show. Defenitely a problem in JA_Social template.
    Can anyone from the staff have a look?

    I managed to connect but couldn’t solve the problem so i escalated this for one of our developers!

    Thanks very much! I’m glad to see the site back alive. If you can confirm that the developer is ready with it, I’ll re-configure some old settings.
    Can you please inform me the cause of the error. I’d like to know for further future development. Maybe I should take things into account that I haven’t thought of.

    Hi,

    It was an issue related to a file-name with in JA T3 plugin which is already fixed for further downloads.
