Hi i need to insert a live help script. I was told that the script works well with joomla but i need to insert it into the html index file. I am not sure what part of the coding would i need to place it to get it show on the left menu section or right below the search box. in my larix template. or maybe in the right column?

Please help.

Try to put it in a module first?
Site>Global Configuration> turn off the wysiwyg editor, go to modules>site modules>new and paste the script there. Publish the module and set it to the position you want. Give it a try and let us know.
