I have a look at the template Kyanite, I want to install it to be ONLY arabic (RTL) but I can not figure how.
Please let me know how to do that.

– The JA Template automatic detect the RTL language base on the default language on your site.

To display the RTL Language, you must to install the arabic language package and set the language as default language on your site, so your site has the RTL language.

– beside, you can intervene and change the RTL language mode as follow:
Example with the “en-GB” language package: you open the file languageen-GBen-GB.xml and try to find the RTL tag:
[PHP]<rtl>0</rtl>[/PHP]
and change:
[PHP]<rtl>1</rtl>[/PHP]

after made done, you reload your site you will see the change of the RTL language.
