Still need to resolve the problem of Virtuemart and some modules not installing when I install via Quickstart.

The various folders are in my site directory but not available in the Component and Module drop down list or module manager:confused:

did u press the “install sample data” during step 6 of joomla installation?

if u want the site to look exactly like the demo site, you need to press install sample data.
