Please give solution, NOT a link to another thread, NOT a suggestion to update, download, twist sideways, anything of the sort.

Have been waiting way too long for help on this.

Please tell me which file to edit, and precisely how to edit it, in order to change “User Name” to “Name” in the OnePage Quick Contact form.

Hi

You can edit the JA Quick Contact module in the EMAIL SETTINGS change the value of Sender Name from Username to Name
