The Quick install is failing with no visible errors during the Sample Data install step. The bars spin up until sample data, then it spins up on sample data until It simply returns to the previous screen with no hint of what’s going on.

Goes for about 1 minute.

I’ve tried it 4 or 5 times, deleted and recreated the empty database, tried it with PostSQL instead, and deleted and re-unzipped the download file.

Using jatc_beranis_j32.zip

I’m not seeing any error or log files in the main directory or in the installation directory.

Suggestions????

– It was suggested to re-download and retry the install, no change.
– It was suggested to verify DB user permissions, I did, full permissions, no change.

Hi

I encountered this issue too with some different hosting installations where some went correct and some not while on localhost installation went always in the correct way

I noticed that using some ftp client, files were not correctly uploaded on the servers

So my suggestion is to verify if the ftp client upload correctly all the files and if you are using cpanel feature to decompress the quickstart.zip check all the files integrity
