    Hello,

While working on a site, the power went and the file somehow got corrupted. Now when i open it, it shows 0 bytes. Is there any possible way to recover it??

    Mihir.

Your PC crashing should not effect a online file unless you were transferring at the time. Does your host take a backup? Maybe you can get one from a few hours before. If you were FTPing then there should be a local copy in your temp folder depending on what software you are using.

Sadly the backup taken by the domain host was after the file got corrupted!!

Did you check your temp files like scotty said above?

Look for a file wich has about the same timestamp and size as when you crashed, rename the tmp files from that time to .css and see if you find one.

    Hey guys,

thanks to you, I have found some files there, but when I open them in notepad they are undecipherable.

    Know how to decipher those?

    Mihir.
