Hi,
I’m helping a friend build an online magazine using the JA Teline IV template. I just installed SH404 and now the site displays really badly? You can see it here:
dev.grampahands.com
It started to look like this as soon as I installed SH404, even before I turned it on. Regardless of whether SH404 is activated, the display issues persist.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks.

Does problem still occur if you try to uninstall sh404SEF and use default Joomla SEF?
Regards.
January 14, 2013 at 3:28 pm #479662Hi, thanks for the reply.
I have tried fully disabling SH404 rather than uninstalling it.
When I do this the problem persists. Would you suggest trying to fully uninstall it?
Thanks

January 15, 2013 at 3:19 am #479748Hello nylonadmiral,
To uninstall sh404SEF, you can go to “Extension Manager” / “Manage”, then filter by “sh404” keyword. Select all items in search result page and click on “Uninstall” buttion to uninstall them.
Regards.
January 15, 2013 at 9:49 am #479815I have now tried fully removing SH404 and the problem persists.
I am certain that the fault has been caused by the installation of SH404 because I had the site working perfectly, I made no other changes apart from installing SH404, then immediately after doing it the site displays completely wrong.
After removing SH404 the problem persists so I’m now really stuck!
Any help is greatly appreciated!

I checked your site and saw that sh404SEF hasn’t uninstalled yet. Please try to uninstall it to see if problem is resolved or not.
Regards.
