Hi,

After I installed the template and preview the site. The template look strange.. But when I change to the other template, it looks ok . What is happening? Anyone can help?? :confused:

Did you install this on a fresh installation?
Have you any modules published in left/right position?
Did you install the quickstart package?

Have you any modules published in left/right position? — no i havent add any
Did you install the quickstart package? — yes, I have installed the quickstart package, inside the quickstart already have this template.

What is the problem of this??? please help

Hi newliteracies !
i have checked your site, when install joomla you seted FTP acc for your site, so you need enter FTP acc when install extensions for it . please go to install menu , select extensions and enter FTP acc in “FTP Login Details” box.

Hi newliteracies !
You open configuration.php file and find following code line at about line 32 :


var $ftp_enable = '1';


change to :


var $ftp_enable = '0';


then go to admin and try to install without enter FTP acc .
