    Hello – I am new to Joomla and the T3 Framework (programming in general), and if this is basic I am sorry. How do you turn off or hide the meta tags on the menu when you mouse over a menu item (little yellow boxes)? Thanks!

    Are you referring to alt/title tags on elements like links, menus, pictures? If so, there’s no real way of turning them off that I know without removing the title/alt tags themselves.

    Thanks for the quick reply! I believe so – Mouse over the menus on the following site and you will see what I mean:

    http://www.epmadvocate.com

    The titles show up in the yellow boxes.. If that is the title/alt tags, how do I remove them? Thanks again!

    I’ve not tested it but under your purity template:

    templates<puritytemplate>libsmenubase.class.php

    Open base.class.php, on lines 338 and 351, remove the contents inside the title=” ” tags – removing:

    .$tmp->name.

    It’s pretty bad practise to do so though. Back up your files before saving changes just in case.

    Hopefully that should work.

    Thanks – strange that should be an issue, though, given how annoying the tags can be when navigating a site. Appreciate your help!
