I would like to display different horizontal navigation links for various sections of my site. I’ve created uniquely-named menus (3 in total) and assigned each corresponding module to the hornav position, list, show sub-menu items, and appropriate menu assignments so they don’t conflict with each other.

The idea is for the user to click on a certain link on the home page and be taken to another page with a different set of horizontal nav links and new content, but obviously still have the same template and also share some of the menu items. I’m only successful in changing the horizontal nav links when I go to the template parameters and set the default menu module to one of the menus I created. I want to be able to support multiple horizontal nav link sets (mainmenu2 & mainmenu3) rather than just one at a time (mainmenu1).

I’m using the MegaMenu option w/ Joomla 1.5.14 and I hope this makes sense. The template parameters for JA_Purity_II are different from JA_Purity, so I would greatly appreciate your help!

    Anyone?

Maybe a better question is how do I deactivate the ‘Menu System’ parameter under the Template parameters? I don’t know how else to support multiple nav tabs when this parameter seems to be overriding my other menus.
