I need help changing the top banner. I tried going into templates/ja_tube/css/template.css and changing the #ja-banner-top image, but it did not change. Is this normal? http://gooregongo.com/ is my site.

Also, can I change the JA_Tube logo in the upper left hand corner of the page to GoOregonGo’s logo, or is that not allowed?
